Sanda Kickboxing is a combat sport and unarmed combat system derived from Chinese Martial Arts. While it is commonly known as Sanshou in the West, it is simply known as Sanda 散打 to Singapore’s Chinese Martial Art Community.
Our training in Sanda Kickboxing include the fundamental striking techniques of punches, kicks, elbows and knees, akin to Muay Thai and K1 rule kickboxing. Our Sanda Kickboxing training also include advance Chinese Martial Art wrestling and stand-up grappling techniques like takedowns, throws, sweeps and kick catches.

Singapore Sanda Kickboxing Training
There are many different Sanshou or Sanda Kickboxing classes worldwide, and thus you will learn different Sanda Kickboxing training and techniques depending on the club or school you train in. For example, our style of Sanda Kickboxing training is generally orientated towards fitness building, safety in training and urban self-defence in Singapore. While other clubs may be orientated solely towards ring fights.
Our martial arts club is a multi-system training group based in Singapore. Our mission is to preserve and promote Chinese Culture, Chinese Martial Arts and Sanda Kickboxing to the masses in Singapore. We strive to deliver enjoyable & quality trainings to our trainees at affordable prices. We make it our lifetime goal to aid our trainees in building strength conditioning, gaining confidence, master effective self-defense techniques and foster a spirit of righteousness. No prior formal combat experience is needed in order to join our Sanda Kickboxing training. All are welcome, regardless of gender, level of fitness and experience. * As with most other forms of combat sports, we undertake vigorous exercises during trainings. it is important to ease into our Sanda Kickboxing gradually if you are new to the scene. Interested parties with pre-existing medical conditions or physical limitations are required to discuss them beforehand with our trainers, in order for them to advise you further, as well as adapting a kickboxing program to suit your needs..
